PURPOSE: A dish is provided to not only enhance the taste of food by emitting oil or moisture, but also economical and environment-friendly. CONSTITUTION: A dish comprises an upper dish(110) in which a plurality of through-hole is formed inside to filter the moisture or oil of food; and a supporting plate(120) in which is arranged in the lower part of the upper dish and a recess part is formed inside in order to store the oil or moisture emitted from the upper dish. In an edge of the supporting plate a mounting unit is formed in which corresponds to an edge of the upper dish and prevents the separation of the upper dish. In one side of the mounting unit, a gripping groove for griping the upper dish by a hand is formed. |
