PURPOSE: A substrate for an organic electronic device is provided to improve durability by preventing the penetration of a foreign material including moisture or oxygen. CONSTITUTION: The area of an electrode layer(102) is wider than that of a light scattering layer(103). The electrode layer is formed on the surface of a base material layer(101). The light scattering layer is not formed on the surface of the base material layer. The electrode layer covers all region of the optical scattering layer. The base material layer is transparent.
