PURPOSE: An actuator is provided to move a connection rod in a predetermined method without generation of friction or the generation of horizontal power and to guarantee accuracy of operation of a valve with a lever. CONSTITUTION: An actuator comprises a drive and a connection rod(5). The drive is rotatably supported in a position separated from a lever and comprises a worm gear or a screw element. The connection rod is guided between a support unit and the lever.
