PURPOSE: An apparatus for baking dried slices of fish is provided to prepare a large amount of dried slice s of fish due to an automated process and to reduce generation rate of errors. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for baking dried slices of fish includes a dough making device(A), a molder(B) for making dried slices of fish, a transfer device(C) for dried slices of fish, a conveyer(D), a feeder installed at the upper part of the conveyor, two roasters(F1,F2), conveyor devices(G1,G2) for transferring the roasted slices, and a packaging device(I). |
