PURPOSE: A pouch and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form nylon having multi-layers by coextrusion, thereby having superior oxygen barrier and water barrier properties even with small number of layers and by fewer processes. CONSTITUTION: A pouch comprises a polyolefin based film(110), nylon(120), an evaporation coating layer(130), and a PET(polyethylene terephthalate) film(140). The nylon is formed on the polyolefin based film and comprises multi-layers formed by coextrusion. The evaporation coating layer is formed on the nylon. The PET film is disposed on the evaporation coating layer. The polyolefin based film is one of polypropylene and polyethylene. The coextrusion is one of using tubula, using T-die, attaching in die, or attaching out of die.
