CONCRETE SLEEPER FOR CONCRETE BALLAST TRACK AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A concrete sleeper for concrete ballast tracks and a constructing method thereof are provided to ensure the safe drive of a train through precise construction and to reduce costs for the maintenance and repair of tracks. CONSTITUTION: A concrete sleeper(20) for concrete ballast tracks is formed with a bolt fastening hole(22). A nut(21) for fastening an adjusting bolt(23) is inserted into the bolt fastening hole. The top of concrete roadbed is arranged with re-bars(30) for concrete ballast. The concrete roadbed is installed with a sleeper. A rail(10) is fastened on the top of the sleeper. The adjusting bolt is screwed in the concrete sleeper for adjusting the height of the sleeper and is poured with concrete for the concrete ballast. A railroad is attached after removing the adjusting bolt and curing concrete.
