PURPOSE: A one-time use food container is provided to pack and accommodate a plurality of products in a container having a multi-level structure. CONSTITUTION: A container body(10) is formed in a semicircular shape or rectangular shape to accommodate instant food. An internal container(20) is mounted and engaged to maintain specific height from the bottom surface of the container body. A sealing film(30) is configured to seal an upper part of the internal container. An upper lid(40) is detachably assembled and configured in the upper part of the internal container and the container body. A support step(110) for supporting the internal container is formed in the edge of the container body. A mount step(21) is formed in the edge of the internal container corresponding to the support step. A first snap unit(11a) downwardly snapped is extensively formed in the outer side of the support step. A second snap unit(21a) surrounding the first snap unit is downwardly snapped and extensively formed in the outer side of the mount step to correspond to the snap unit. The upper lid is made of a transparent material. In the support step and the mount step, an uneven unit is formed to engage with each other.
