<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer image receiving sheet having each kind of performance such as image density, image storability, and mold releasability. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal transfer image receiving sheet sequentially includes a substrate, at least three intermediate layers on the substrate, and a receiving layer. The lowermost layer of the at least three intermediate layers includes a hollow particle, an acrylic resin, and a toning agent.
