<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitter in which metal plating on a substrate is hardly discolored, and a lighting device including the light emitter. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitter 1 comprises: a metal-plated substrate 2; an LED bare chip 3 mounted on the side of one metal-plated surface 2a of the substrate 2; a frame part 4 which is provided on the side of the one surface 2a of the substrate 2 so as to surround the LED bare chip 3; a translucent resin 5 which is filled in the frame part 4 so as to seal the LED bare chip 3; and a translucent protective layer 6 which is filled on a surface 5a of the translucent resin 5 and has gas permeability lower than that of the translucent resin 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
