<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for bleaching, containing a compound exhibiting bleaching effects in a state of being dissolved in water as an active ingredient, and exhibiting high preservability and high penetrating properties. <P>SOLUTION: The composition includes protein particles and pterostilbene as active ingredients.
