<p>The present invention pertains to an upper structure of a building with reinforced water-proofing, water-collecting and noise-reducing functions, wherein an additional rooftop is added at a predetermined interval on the upper structure of a building such as a house, villa, high-rise building such as an apartment or the like, and the like, and formed to be larger than the outer periphery of the main body of the building such that the rooftop is formed in the shape of an umbrella covering the existing building, thereby improving the water-proofing and water-collection functions of the existing building and reducing noise generated while doing leisure activities on the rooftop. The present invention comprises: a rooftop structure (30) which has the structure of a box and an open top portion, is formed to be larger than the outer periphery of the main body (19) of a high-rise building including a house, villa, apartment or the like, and is provided at a predetermined interval from an upper end surface (20) of the main body (10) of the high-rise building; a plurality of support shafts (40) which is provided between the upper end surface of the main body and the rooftop structure. The bottom of the rooftop structure (30) is provided with one or more selected from recreational facilities (70) including a Korean chessboard, a checkerboard and a chessboard, flower gardens (80), exercise equipment, and a water-collection or swimming pool (90).</p> |
