<p>The system (1) for dynamic control of the rolling on at least one guide rail for an assembly (2) for guiding a vehicle along at least one guide rail formed by at least one roller (9) or by at least one pair (11, 14) of guide rollers (9) rolling along this guide rail is characterized in that it has a vibratory sensor (5) located close to the at least one roller (9) or to the at least one pair (11, 14) of guide rollers (9), and a proximity sensor (7), and in that the signals output by these sensors (5, 7) or the circuits in which they are placed are analysed continuously to determine a start of derailment, derailment or a wear limit or deterioration of the roller(s) (9) or the tyre(s) (24) thereof.
