<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The hip- and waist trainer (A) has a main body (1) which allows the rotating of the integrated rotation axes. A drive motor having a rotating plate is installed close to the latter rotation axis in the main body. A rotating lever is provided and a portion of the rotating plate is fixed to the drive motor by a pivot bearing.
