A telemedical arrangement for diabetes mellitus patients containing: an administration arrangement for insulin with means for acquiring data regarding the administered insulin quantity and with a transmitter for wireless transmission of the data; a blood sugar measuring device with a transmitter for wireless transmission of measurement values; a base station with a receiver for receiving data and measurement values transmitted from the administration aid and the blood sugar measuring device; a server that exchanges data with at least one base station; characterised in that the base station is DLNA-compatible and has means for exchanging data with DLNA-compatible devices or a comparable conventional standard, and at least one DLNA-compatible television or display device is provided for displaying data, measurement values and/or content transmitted by the base station.
