摘要 A handling attachment (5) is provided with four vacuum cups (51) that adhere to an adhesion surface of a workpiece, and a support member (55) that holds same so as to maintain the positional relationship of the vacuum cups (51) to each other. The positioning device (1) for the vacuum cups (51) comprises a base plate (2) and four positioning jigs (10) that are disposed on the base plate (2). The positioning jig (10) is provided, at the upper end thereof, with a simulated workpiece surface (100) to be brought into contact with a vacuum cup (51). The simulated workpiece surface (100) is configured so that the position is changeable and inclination in a selected direction is possible.
