<p>This battery system includes: a power source device that supplies electrical power; a battery device resulting from a plurality of battery units that are essentially the same being connected in parallel, the battery units each being provided with a power conversion unit, which converts the power supplied from the power source device, and a battery module, which is charged by the power converted by the power conversion unit; and a control device. The control device has: a recording unit that records first information pertaining to the baseline power value of the power conversion units; an acquisition unit that acquires second information pertaining to the supplied power that the power source device supplies; and a selection unit that sets the greatest value among the plurality of baseline power values recorded by the recording unit as a first baseline power value, determines the number of battery units that can allocate the supplied power acquired by the acquisition unit as power that is at least the first baseline power value, and selects and charges the determined number of battery units.</p> |
