<p>An object of the present invention is to provide a heat-shrinkable multilayer film, which is excellent in transparency and overlap seal properties and has heat shrinkability, gas barrier characteristics, and heat-sealing characteristics, and a process for producing the heat-shrinkable multilayer film. The heat-shrinkable multilayer film according to the present invention, comprises a multilayer structure having a superficial layer including a surface layer, a gas barrier layer, and an inner layer including a seal layer, in the multilayer structure, the surface layer being disposed on one surface, and the seal layer being disposed on the other surface,wherein the surface layer contains a silicone, and the superficial layer is crosslinked.</p> |
