METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ESTIMATING REPEATING SEQUENCE CONTENT OF GENOME

<p>Disclosed is a method for estimating the repeating sequence content of a genome. The method is carried out by filtration, statistical analysis, alignment, clustering and threshold selection of single-end RAD sequences for sequencing of an individual genome. Further disclosed is a device for estimating the repeating sequence content of a genome.</p>
