PURPOSE: A turbocharger cut out system for vessel is provided to improve the driving efficiency by dispersing load when a low speed engine is driven at a low speed using a turbocharger. CONSTITUTION: A turbocharger cut out system for vessel includes a turbocharger, a gas side valve (120), an air side valve (130), a local control unit (110), and a remote control unit (140). The gas side valve is installed at the exhaust gas inlet of turbo charger included in an engine (100), and blocks exhaust gas induced to the turbocharger. The air side valve is installed at the air inlet of turbocharger, and blocks the supplied air induced to the turbocharger. The local control unit is provided on one side of the engine, and opens and closes the gas side valve and the air side valve in a local.
