PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-layer type cleansing cosmetic formed of two layers of a water layer and an oil layer, easily turning to be in an emulsified state by shaking, separating into two layers after an appropriate time that does not affect use thereof, excellent in aesthetic properties, excellent in effect on removal of cosmetics and feeling in use, and high in safety.SOLUTION: The two-layer type cleansing cosmetic contains: (A) tri-polyhydroxyl fatty acid dipentaerythrityl; (B) an oil component; and (C) water. |
