The blade has a blade brush comprising washing bristles, which arranged in parallel to and at same height of a smooth ice scraper. A motorized actuation mechanism actuates the blade when a user presses a trigger for flushing a windscreen (40) of a vehicle with washing liquid, where the windscreen is mounted on a shaft in cooperation with a main dust scraper (12). The blade brush is arranged in middle of the smooth ice scraper and the main dust scraper after actuation of the blade.
