PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image projection device configured to prevent the following phenomenon: when a projected image is browsed by a plurality of persons, someone cannot clearly see the image due to improper image direction.SOLUTION: The image projection device includes: an image display part for projecting an image on a projection surface; an image processing part for generating the image; an angle detection part for detecting an angle in a vertical direction of the image projection device; a distance detection part that detects a distance between the image projection device and the projection surface; and a determination part that determines a projection angle of the image projection device with respect to the projection surface, on the basis of the angle in the vertical direction, and determines a threshold of change in the angle corresponding to a reference moving distance of the image on the basis of the projection angle and the distance, to determine whether the change in angle due to the movement of the image projection device has reached the threshold or not. When the change in angle has reached the threshold, the image projection device projects the image in a direction according to the moving direction of the image projection device. |
