PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic electroluminescent element which has high efficiency (high luminous efficiency) and reduced view angle dependency.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent element which includes at least four kinds of luminous dopants differing in emission peak wavelength between an anode and a cathode. The four kinds of luminous dopants are increasingly long in emission peak wavelength in the order of a luminous dopant A, a luminous dopant B, a luminous dopant C, and a luminous dopant D. The emission spectrum satisfies the formulas of {50 to 70-degree first luminance average value/first front luminance}>{50 to 70-degree second luminance average value/second front luminance}, and of {50 to 70-degree third luminance average value/third front luminance}>{50 to 70-degree fourth luminance average value/fourth front luminance}. |
