PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection screen capable of suppressing the decrease of the contrast of an image displayed on a screen by making the external appearance of a screen surface suitable and to provide an image display system.SOLUTION: A reflection screen 10 includes a Fresnel lens layer 11 forming a Fresnel lens in such a manner that a plurality of unit lenses 111 having a lens surface 111a and a non-lens surface 111b are arranged on one surface of the Fresnel lens layer 11 and a reflection part 12 formed on the lens surface of the Fresnel lens layer, to reflect light. The unit lens has a convex shape. In the unit lens, the cross-sectional shape of a cross-section parallel to a direction Y parallel to the arrangement direction of the unit lenses and orthogonal to the screen surface is almost triangular and the lens surface and the non-lens surface face each other across the apex T of the almost triangular shape of the unit lens in the arrangement direction.
