COLOR MATCHING SELECTION PROCESS USING VISUAL DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for computer implementation of repairing a vehicle.SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of: estimating a cost for performing repairs to a damaged vehicle; and determining a refinish paint color matching for refinishing the vehicle by conducting a computer-based search for requiring the refinish paint color matching that optimally matches original finish of the vehicle, prior to performing repair work on the vehicle. In this case, the repair work comprises: arbitrary body work; mechanical systems work and/or electrical systems work; and refinishing the vehicle.
