PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-productivity, low-cost power generation method that gives no bad influences to the environment.SOLUTION: A solid-energy storage device consists of two layers. The two layers are in contact with each other, is made of dissimilar materials in terms of electron density and configuration, and is sandwiched between an anode and a cathode. One of those layers is made of a stabilized mixture (carbon matrix) of carbon and an ionic material. The other consists of a stabilized manganese oxide (oxide matrix) mixed with an ionic material. The diffusion potential of the device is determined mathematically by integrating the electrostatic forces crossing the barrier, and rises or falls in direct proportion to the rise and fall of the device temperature (kelvin). The device can store a power, and thereby, can function as a power storage device. A rated voltage of the device changes depending on a temperature of the device. When a load is attached to a terminal of the device, a current flows. |
