摘要

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to improve the greenish failure emitting visible light due to reaction of a radical included in lower and upper orientation films with a radical residue within a protective film. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor is located on a first substrate. An organic film is located on the thin film transistor. A pixel electrode is located on the organic film. A lower orientation film (12) located on the pixel electrode. A common electrode (270) is located on a second substrate. An upper orientation film (22) is located on the common electrode. A radical included in the organic film and a radical included in the lower and upper orientation film are radical-engaged with each other.
