PURPOSE: A welding device including a connection component omission detecting function is provided to prevent fault generation of a product in welding work for the product by performing a connection component omission detecting work with the welding device before the welding work. CONSTITUTION: A welding device(100) including a connection component omission detecting function comprises a product loading unit(200), a connection component omission detecting unit(300), a welding unit(400), a product discharge unit(500), a product moving unit(600), and a control unit(700). The product loading unit comprises a mounting jig, and the mounting jig comprises a plurality of support protrusions supporting a lower surface of a product. The connection component omission detecting unit detects connection components connected to the product and detects omission of the connection components. The welding unit performs a welding work on the product not including the omission of the connection components. The product discharge unit discharges the product determined as the omission or the welded product. The product moving unit moves the product from the product loading unit to the product discharge unit.
