PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a battery cell is provided to anodizing-coat the whole surface of a battery case in a state that an uncoated margin region is placed on the battery case, thereby improving the durability of a battery case and facilitating a laser-welding process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a battery cell includes a step of anodizing-coating the whole surface of a battery case (150) in a state that a specific size margin region is placed on the upper outer circumference of a battery case; a step of mounting an electrode assembly inside the battery case and laser-welding a cap plate (152) onto the open top of the battery case; a step of injecting electrolyte through the electrolyte inlet (153) of the cap plate and activating a battery cell; and a step of filling the battery cell with the electrolyte and sealing the electrolyte inlet.
