PURPOSE: A method for data transmission in a network supporting coordinated multi-point (CoMP) is provided perform effective operation in a CoMP transmission/reception based on a long term evolution-advanced (LTE-A) system, by judging initial state to perform scrambling of DMRS. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication part (1210) transmits data to a user equipment through a plurality of transmission spots. A control part (1220) transmits a plurality of candidates of initial state information used in DMRS scrambling sequence generation for each transmission spot to the user equipment. The control part transmits the instruction of the initial state information corresponding to the transmission spot, where the user equipment is determined to generate the DMRS scrambling sequence among the plurality of candidates, to the user equipment.
