By a control part 5, the voltage conversion circuit 6 is switched alternately between the first connection state and the second connection state. Consequently, the capacitor C2 is charged to a voltage that is higher than the voltage of the battery 3 by a specified value or more. Under this state, the voltage that is higher than the voltage of the battery 3 by the specified value or more is given from the capacitor C2 to a switching element of a rectification circuit as a trigger signal. As a result, the switching element is placed under a conduction state. AC current outputted from an AC power generator in a conduction period of the switching element is converted into DC current by the rectification circuit.
