PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention service providing method by which when a state of emergency occurs in a building, a measure against the state of emergency can be taken at an early stage.SOLUTION: A disaster prevention service providing method includes the steps of: concluding a contract to the effect that, when a state of emergency occurs in a house existing within a predetermined distance from a predetermined base, a person at the predetermined base immediately goes to the site where the state of emergency occurs and takes a measure against the state of emergency by and between a manager of the predetermined base and a disaster prevention service provider who provides a disaster prevention service at a disaster prevention center; causing the disaster prevention service provider to acquire, via a predetermined communication channel, information showing that a state of emergency occurred in the house; and when the information showing that a state of emergency occurred is acquired, requesting a person who has received an education program under the contract to go to the house where the state of emergency has occurred and take a measure on the basis of the received education program. |
