The present invention discloses an ATPG3 protein having the ability to increase productivity, senescence delaying ability and the ability for plants to resist stress, a gene of the ATPG3 protein, and a use thereof. The transformed and over-expressed plant exhibits the characteristics of increasing productivity as well as senescence delaying characteristics, and stress resistance characteristics.
