The stub (5) is formed across the slot (4), said stub being formed on the dielectric material substrate (2) surface that is different from the surface where the slot is formed. Furthermore, the via (6) has one end thereof connected to the vicinity of the slot (4) in the conductor plate (3), and the other end connected to the stub (5). |
