<p>A fibrous material containing no formaldehyde and formation method thereof, comprising: milling the fibrous raw material so as to loosen the fibers thereof and retain adhesiveness thereof; forming alternate layers of the milled fibrous raw material and an adhesive containing no formaldehyde, the upper and lower surface layers being formed from milled fibrous raw material, then hot-pressing and cold-pressing the material in sequence. Also provided are a decorative fibrous material and a method of manufacture thereof. The method of the present invention makes use of the small-diameter branches of the sand willow (Salix mongolica) and other trees to manufacture the decorative fibrous material. Simple and requiring no special equipment, the method is suitable for large-scale industrial production.</p> |
