Provided are compounds which are prodrugs of D-gamma-glutamyl-D-tryptophan, methods of making the compounds, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds as well as methods for using the compounds and pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of immune disorders such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and rheumatoid arthritis.
