A method for preventing inter-cell interference is provided to consider FRBs(Frequency Resource Blocks) in the edge of a cell and the inside of the cell, thereby reducing the inter-cell interference, improving the communication quality of a system, improving the throughput of a user of the cell edge and managing efficiently the power of a terminal. A method for preventing inter-cell interference comprises the following steps of: dividing the entire system bandwidth into plural FRBs; forming plural sub blocks by dividing a cell into plural bands and plural sectors; and allocating different FRBs to an adjacent sub block. |
