PURPOSE: A cotton pad manufacturing apparatus is provided to manufacture various daily supplies or hygienic goods in which the tensile strength, durability and inner bonding are excellent, and fuzz is rarely generated, by having an embossing pattern part and a compressor with a lattice pattern. CONSTITUTION: A cotton pad manufacturing apparatus (1) comprises an inlet part (4); a first roller part; a second roller part; a third roller part; a fourth roller part; a transverse cutter part (50); an outlet part; a power transmission part; and a control unit (6). The first roller part comprises a first roller (10) which is formed with multiple intaglio patterns on the outer periphery, and lattice patterns on the other peripheries, and a heating bar (17) which enables thermocompression by heating the first roller. The second roller part comprises a second roller (20) which has multiple outer periphery parts with lattice patterns formed at a predetermined interval, and a heating bar (27) which enables thermocompression by heating the second roller. The third roller part comprises a third roller (30) which has multiple outer periphery parts with cutters formed at a predetermined interval. The fourth roller part comprises a fourth roller (40) for uniformly aligning cotton fabrics (3) cut in the longitudinal direction. The transverse cutter part has cutters cutting the cotton fabrics which have been cut in the longitudinal direction, in the transverse direction at a predetermined interval. The power transmission part provides power to the first, second, third and fourth rollers. |
