PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical member, which is used for supporting a conductive layer, has good transparency and makes the conductive layer less visible.SOLUTION: An optical member comprises a substrate 1, a first layer 2, a second layer 3 and a third layer 4. The first layer 2 has a refractive index in the range from 1.52 to 1.65 and has a thickness in the range from 0.5 μm to 10.0 μm. The second layer 3 has a refractive index in the range from 1.75 to 1.95 and has a thickness in the range from 15 nm to 100 nm. The third layer 4 has a refractive index in the range from 1.35 to 1.50 and has a thickness in the range from 20 nm to 50 nm. The second layer 3 contains rutile type titanium oxide particles in the range from 30 mass% to 80 mass%. |
