摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a tomographic image having a high S/N ratio and appropriate resolution from a shallow position to a deep position.SOLUTION: An optical tomographic imaging device is configured to divide the rays of light to be emitted from a light source into reference rays of light and measurement rays of light, and to combine reflected rays of light from a measurement object when the measurement object is irradiated with the measurement rays of light with the reference rays of light, and to acquire the tomographic image of the measurement object on the basis of the light intensity of the interference rays of light of the combined reflected rays of light and reference rays of light. The optical tomographic imaging device includes: focal position changing means for changing the focal position of the measurement rays of light; tomographic image generation means for generating a plurality of tomographic images corresponding to a plurality of focal positions changed by the focal position changing means while scanning the measurement rays of light; and a tomographic image synthesis means for generating the synthetic tomographic image of the measurement object by synthesizing the plurality of tomographic images.
