PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image detector for detecting a decoding disabled region where a code cannot be decoded after an image is formed before a document image is formed by superposing it on a sheet in which a code image is previously formed, an information display, an image forming apparatus and a program.SOLUTION: An image detector includes: various data acquiring means for acquiring a code image printed on a sheet, characteristic information on an absorption wavelength of the code image, a read unit required for decoding a code section of the code image, and a document image of an electronic document becoming an image forming object; dividing means for dividing the document image into a plurality of blocks corresponding to the read unit on the basis of the read unit of the acquired code image; and detecting means for detecting a block where an image section using a color having an absorption band in the absorption wavelength of the code image of the document image is superposed on the code section of the code image on the basis of the characteristic information of the acquired code image as a decoding disabled block. |
