PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for heat insulation, which has excellent body pressure dispersibility and can make the entire upper surface into roughly even temperature distribution.SOLUTION: A mat for heat insulation includes a cushion body 2 having air permeability and a bag-like cover body 1 including the cushion body 2 and formed with an introduction port part 4, and satisfies the following conditions (1) and (2): (1) the bag-like cover body has a greater air permeability in the upper face part than in the lower face part, wherein the air permeability of the upper face part is 2-60 cm/cm/s while the air permeability of the lower face part is 0-2 cm/cm/s; and (2) the cushion body has a thickness of 15-100 mm, air permeability of 100-400 cm/cm/s, and stress at 75% compression is 200-500 N. |
