PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for efficiently acquiring a color filter substrate with a touch panel electrode.SOLUTION: First, a first transparent electrode 31, a first insulating film 41, a second transparent electrode 32, and a metal electrode 33 are formed on one surface of a glass substrate 2. Next, a second transparent insulating film 42 is formed so as to cover the whole surface of the second transparent electrode 32 as the uppermost layer and the metal electrode 33. Next, a color filter layer 5 is formed on the other surface of the glass substrate 2. A second transparent insulating film 42 functions as a protective film of the metal electrode 33. Finally, at least part of the second transparent insulating film 42 covering the metal electrode 33 is selectively removed. |
