PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization apparatus capable of achieving the shortening of assembling time in manufacture of the sterilization apparatus and the simplification of layout planning of piping or parts and capable of avoiding labor in transport and anchoring.SOLUTION: A sterilization apparatus 30 equipped with a pressure container 32 or pressure-resistant hermitically closed container, which houses an object to be sterilized to perform sterilization by a fluid having sterilizing effect, includes a piping unit 10 obtained by forming at least supply pipings 41 and 42 arranged to the outside of the pressure container 32 or pressure-resistant hermetically closed container to allow the fluid supplied into the pressure container 32 to flow, a supply control device 44 and 45 provided to the supply pipings 41 and 42, an exhaust pipe 56 for allowing the exhaust from the pressure container 32 to flow and exhaust control devices 59 and 34 provided to the exhaust pipe 56 into an integral structure. |
