COATED POWDER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coated powder that is less likely to have the coating of an organic compound peeled during use and has superior long-period dispersion stability.SOLUTION: Coated powder is formed which has a first heat fixed coating of an organic compound formed on at least a part of a powder surface and a second heat fixed coating of an organic compound formed on at least a part of the first heat fixed coating. Such coated powder can be manufactured by carrying out: a process of forming the first heat fixed coating by performing a heat treatment after putting powder and the first coating organic compound in an air flow crusher and crushing them, and a process of forming the second heat fixed coating by performing a heat treatment after putting the powder produced in the above process and the second coating organic compound in the air flow crusher and crushing them.
