PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of performing voice recognition suited to an individual user in spite of a configuration using a common language model by a plurality of users, and capable of improving accuracy of voice recognition while considering a voice input situation.SOLUTION: The system includes: additional information collection means 30 for collecting additional information concerned with an inputted voice; dictionary updating means 31 for updating a voice recognition dictionary to be used for voice recognition on the basis of a voice recognition result by voice recognition and the additional information collected by the additional information collection means 30; and voice recognition means 21 for performing voice recognition of a voice on the basis of the additional information corresponding to the voice and the voice recognition dictionary.
