PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical module mounted circuit board with high productivity, an optical module mounted system, an optical module evaluating kit system and communication system.SOLUTION: The optical module mounted circuit board comprises: an optical module for emitting or receiving an optical signal; an optical coupling member optically coupled with the optical module; and a circuit board mounted with the optical module and the optical coupling member, having an opening on a main surface thereof and electrically connected with the optical module. Positioning of the optical module and the optical coupling member in at least a horizontal direction of the main surface of the circuit board is performed through the opening.
