PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomato-containing beverage deliciously drinkable even by a user who do not like tomato, in view of the fact that a conventional tomato-containing beverage is hard to drink because of having peculiar grassy smell which tomato originally has.SOLUTION: A tomato-containing beverage is greatly improved in feeling in the throat and aftertaste, and improved in palatability and texture while retaining/improving tomato original natural body taste and feeling on the tongue, by adjusting the amounts of each kind of amino acid of the tomato-containing beverage in a prescribed numerical value range. |
