PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell which can reduce reflection of light from an interface between a photoelectric conversion layer and a transparent conductive layer by forming a moth eye structure of conductive material on the transparent conductive layer having a texture structure.SOLUTION: There are provided a solar cell comprising: a transparent substrate; a first transparent conductive layer having a texture structure; a second transparent conductive layer having a moth eye structure; and a photoelectric conversion layer, in this order from the light incident side, and a method for manufacturing a solar cell comprising: a transparent substrate; a first transparent conductive layer having a texture structure; a second transparent conductive layer having a moth eye structure; and a photoelectric conversion layer, in this order from the light incident side. The method comprises the step of depositing the second transparent conductive layer in a precursor solution containing metal source and hexamethylene where the temperature is maintained at 50 to 100°C. |
