PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect an enough amount of cell for genetic screening from a thin slice of a biological tissue with simple configuration and operation.SOLUTION: A cell isolation apparatus includes: a substrate (4) provided so as to be dividable into a plurality of small pieces by predetermined division lines and having a flat surface capable of attaching a thin slice (A) of a biological tissue; a sheet-like extension member (5) that bonds the substrate (4) so as to be removable and can extend in a direction along the surface; extension means (6) of extending the extension member (5) in the direction along the surface in a region where at least the substrate (4) is bonded; and collection means of collecting the divided small pieces by removing the small pieces from the extension member (5). |
